Returns and Exchanges
If you're not entirely pleased with your purchase from "Level Up For Less", you have 15 days from receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange. To get started, email us with your order number and product details.
Criteria for Returns:
Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Personalized items are exempt from returns or exchanges.
If returns don't meet these criteria, "Level Up For Less" retains the right to send the item back to you.
We don't offer pre-paid return labels; you'll cover return shipping costs.

Returns can take several days to reach us, depending on your chosen shipping method. Once received, we'll process your return within 3 business days, extending to 5 during sale periods.
Payments made through Klarna and Shop Pay are processed in accordance with our return policy.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, inform us immediately for a replacement. Make sure to do so within 30 days of purchase. In cases where the desired replacement is out of stock, we'll process a refund based on our return policy. Reach out with your order number and product details to expedite resolution.
